posted 03/04/2013 All Idaho has been a big part of lacrosse in the Valley for the last 10+ years. It has had a great run and helped to grow the sport here in the Valley, but lacrosse is changing, both nationwide and locally and with it
All Idaho is going away. It’s time for something new.
To help strengthen lacrosse in the Treasure Valley, All Idaho is stepping back, to allow Elite Lacrosse and Boise River Lacrosse to take its place and improve on Idaho's traveling teams. Both organizations will be aligning forces with the ILA to create a better lacrosse experience for our youth and high school players.
Elite Lacrosse will step in at the U15 (9th grade) and High school levels. They will be releasing their own press release in the coming days to further explain the Idaho Elite program and their philosophy.
Boise River Lacrosse is now organizing the youth travel teams for the Idaho Lacrosse Association. Our philosophy is that every lacrosse player should have a chance to try out for a travel team and learn the best brand of lacrosse possible.
You do not need a special invitation to try out, there are no monthly fees, and you only pay for the tournaments you attend. Our committee is comprised of volunteers that include many dedicated youth and high school coaches. We are a 'For the Player' organization, not a 'For Profit' organization and will operate as such.
Boise River Lacrosse is holding an open tryout to select the best players in the Treasure Valley for the following teams.
U15 Boys (8th grade), U13 Boys, U11 Boys March 16, 2013 at Fairmont Park from 12:00 to 3:00
